Shipping policy

Smacchen Wines dispatches purchases from our central depot in Mumbai, utilizing reliable courier services. Please consider the following delivery times from the moment you place your order.

For orders within India, we process all domestic orders within one business day. You can anticipate the delivery within 3-7 business days. For locations in remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery might take between 10-12 working days.

For International orders, we do not accept any international orders.

Deliveries are scheduled between 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Upon delivery, goods will require a signature. If you're unavailable to sign for your delivery, please provide an alternative, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor. However, Smacchen Wines is not liable for goods signed for by an alternative person.

Smacchen Wines assumes no responsibility for damage after delivery.

For any complaints regarding your order, please reach out to our Customer Care within 7 business days of your order delivery for resolution.

Shipping costs for orders within India will be referenced at checkout. We deliver products across India.

Shipping and handling rates are determined by the shipping destination. You will receive an email notifying you of the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout once you provide the shipping address for your order.
