Returns & Refund


We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

This Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which:

  • You are allowed to return purchased goods, given a valid reason;
  • You may receive a refund for the goods you bought, subject to specific conditions;
  • You can cancel orders for goods purchased within a specified time period

Despite the Company's best efforts to offer returns, refunds, and cancellations to the Website's users, it must impose certain restrictions to fulfill its business, legal, and contractual obligations.

What I can return and when?

  • You receive a faulty or defective product.
  • You receive a product that is different from what you ordered.

Conditions for returning products

  • The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in, accompanied by the original invoice.
  • Products must be in their original form and packaging.
  • Brand packaging should remain intact.
  • Replacement of a product is subject to its availability on the website at that time.

To make a refund/return claim, please send an email to smacchenofficial@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the product. Your email must contain the product name, the order ID, Invoice Number, and a detailed description of the claim.

Refund

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify receipt of the returned item on the email address you provided at the time of order. After inspection of the item, we will inform you about the status of your refund.
  • If you paid by net banking/credit card/debit card, we will initiate a refund request to our Payment Gateway Partners within five working days of your return approval. Once processed, the amount will be transferred back to your account/card account within 14 working days or as per the timelines of the Payment Gateway / Bank.
  • If you paid by Cash (Cash On Delivery), we will courier the refund cheque to you within three working days of your return approval. The cheque will be made out to the “Billing Name” used when placing the order and will be couriered to the “Billing Address” you provided when placing the order.


Note:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
